Is there an adapter that would allow me to use the lenses from my Canon AE-1 on my Canon xti?
Maybe a stupid question, but considering the price of lenses, it seems worth it to ask. If there is such a thing, would they hurt the quality of the photos?
I have an old Canon from the 70′s and a bunch of lenses for it, but the body no longer works. I also have a Canon Eos 400D / Digital Rebel XTi but I only have one lens for it.
You can find them on ebay. The focal lengths are different on the older FD lenses and adapting is tricky. Many have reported soft results, or ones that didnt even focus to infinity any more.
When looking for adapters you will want one that has glass in it and not just a simple mount. The glass will help correct the focal difference, but quality is still a crap shoot.

Where can I find an adapter to make a Canon EF lens fit on a regular 35mm film camera (AE-1).?
I saw on wikipedia that they exist but there was no links to where i could find them. I have a 50mm prime for my Rebel XTi, but I want to put it on a film AE-1 I am getting from my uncle. Thanks in advance!
The AE-1 uses the older Canon FD bayonet lens mount. There are adapters to mount an FD lens on the XTi but apparently none to mount the EF/EOS mount lenses on an FD mount body.
You should be able to find a 50mm f1.4 FD mount lens at bhphotovideo.com or keh.com or adorama.com or on eBay.
