What is the best video editing software for youtube?
Hello, I have recently been inspired by youtubers like Beckie0 and Sarahxxlou to start making and editing good-quality vids. I especially want the best software for youtube use and software which can make twin-effects and multiples of people and all that kinda stuff!

Photobucket is a great web based and FREE editing tools. The software behind it comes from Adobe who make some of the best commercial ($$$) photo and video editors. If you need/want more features downloading VideoSpin or VideoThang are great options. Still free, but you have to download the software. For under $100 you can buy Adobe Premiere Elements.

Why Do We Need a Photo Editing Software?
The approach to photography has been changed drastically by digital technology. Before, photo developing, processing and printing has to be done in a darkroom with the use of different apparatus and chemicals. But now, due to digital photography, post processing can be done in your own computer without the need for a darkroom and various chemicals.
All you need to have is a personal computer, laptop and editing software. As we all know, taking pictures using a good digital point and shoot or SLR camera can provide you with high quality photos. But with the use of editing software, these photos can still be further improved and changes that perfectly suit your taste are still very much possible.
For starters, you need a compatible photo editing software to view your photos on a laptop or computer. The software also allows you to organize and categorize your photos more easily. File names can be personalized as well using this. Photo size can be increased or decreased through the software. Usually, a photo that came straight from the camera has a very large size. You’ll have the option of reducing the size using the software; this is especially necessary if you’re just storing photos in your computer or posting them online. But if you want to print your photos, a large size is ideal. So by using the same editing software, the photos’ size could be increased accordingly.
But the best thing about having a photo editing software is the option to improve the quality of the image. Even the photos coming from the best cameras out there may still need some fine tuning to achieve a perfect image. With a photo editing software every detail can be adjusted to your liking. Exposure, temperature, contrast, brightness, highlights, tones, vibrancy, saturation, noise/grain, luminance and a lot more can be reduced, increased or regulated according to your preferred levels.
Changing a colored photo to black and white or sepia is also possible. Plus, some of the available editing software already have editing presets which means that with just a click of the mouse, a photo can be changed to black and white, sepia, high contrast, low contrast, vintage, antique and so on. With these presets, there’s no need to adjust the image properties manually.
Imperfections can be removed as well. Face blemishes, red eye and other distractions that should not be included in the picture can be eliminated using the cropping, spot removal and brush functions of the software.
Digital photos have different formats; there are times when a photo cannot be viewed from a computer because of an incompatible format. However, with the help of a photo editing software, you can always view, import and export any image format such as TIF, JPG, GIF, BMP and PDF.
There are lots of photo editing software to choose from like Picassa, Adobe Photoshop CS, Adobe Lightroom, Microsoft Picture It, Aperture, CorelDRAW Graphics Suite, Photoimpression, Photo Explosion, ACDSee Photo Editor, Roxy Photo Suite and a lot more. The price range for these is $100-$500 depending on the features.
The most exciting thing about these is that they’re very easy to learn. Even beginners won’t be having a hard time learning their basic operations.

What kind of camera and photo editing software should I get?
I have always been really interested in photography, but have always just had fairly standard cameras. I am planning on taking some photography classes next month, and would like to get a nice digital camera and a picture editing software. Being that I am pretty new at all this, I don’t really know where to start. Any suggestions?
I would highly recommend the Canon Rebel XS (also known as EOS 1000D) for beginners. It’s usually under $500 for a new one, but if you want to go a bit cheaper, check out the Nikon D40. I would suggest purchasing a refurbished one from Adorama, since refurbished cameras come out of the packaging just like new, but cost less money.
As for editing software.. I would recommend GIMP. It’s free and legal. You can download it here: http://gimp.org/downloads/
