Is the Canon Eos Rebel X Film a good camera?
I’m thinking in buying a used Canon EOS Rebel X Film Camera. But I’m not sure if it’s as good as everyone says.
I just need the basics about the camera. Battery life, megapixels, ect. If you have this camera let me know what you think. Is $35 a good price for a used Canon EOS Rebel X camera??
The seller said it was in very good condition, but didn’t mention how old it was.
It depends on what youve heard. Its a nice 35mm film camera with A, P, S, A and M modes. No reason to think it wont provide good photos. If youve heard it has some magical powers to make every photo you take a masterpiece someones exaggerated.

Canon EOS 1D Mark IV ready to charm photography enthusiasts
Canon EOS Digital SLR Cameras just brought another baby to the world of photography gizmos and enthusiasts. The birth of Canon EOS 1D Mark IV is a delight to photographers as it digitally enables you to capture wonderful images with the use of its superb features. Just like its EOS brothers and sisters, it offers swift operation that can seize every random moment.
This 16.1 megapixel digital SLR camera has an APS-H CMOS sensor and Dual DIGIC 4 imaging processors; it captures full resolution images nonstop at a rate of 10 frames per second. This is a very ideal companion when out to document events that involve lots of fast-paced motion.
Focusing and capturing fast-moving subjects will be trouble-free because the newly-improved Area AF Sensor, including its 45 points which can be manually selected, will let you focus on any subject and capture it at the exact timing. This feature boasts 39 cross-type AF points with f/2.8 support.
It also allows video coverage in HD quality. The advanced noise-reduction system decreases the unnecessary background noise that can affect the clarity of coverage. This ISO 100-12,800 can also obtain vivid video images no matter what lighting condition takes place’from bright to dim.
Video recording is not only HD quality but also competitive. The recording area measures up to 27.9mm x 15.7mm, almost the same as that of a Super 35 motion picture film which measures 24.89 x 18.65mm. EOS 1D Mark IV is manually controlled for exposure adjustment; it enables you to shoot as if you are doing still photography’more control, more creativity.
A video can be adjusted from a 640×480 resolution to a large 1920×1080. Each video clip has a size capacity of 4GB. Although the output is produced and saved as a MOV file type, it is viewable in Full HD quality in HDMI output. For simple recording, the built-in microphone is entirely reliable to record sound clips in clear quality. On the other hand, stereo sound is handled by the self-powered microphone that functions in the same efficient manner as the built-in microphone is capable of.
In terms of sturdiness, EOS 1D Mark IV will never disappoint you with its magnesium alloy body construction. It also has 300,000 cycles of shutter durability. No worries at all especially when you have tested this smart tool’s resistance to dust and weather.
The lenses are sold separately. EOS 1D Mark IV also captures images to CF Card Type I and II, SD/SDHC (not included).

What do I need along with a Canon EOS Rebel K2 film camera?
I’m planning on buying one, and I’ve never bought a good camera before.. so I’m not sure what else I’ll need with it.. i.e. lenses, film, etc. any suggestions would be appreciated 
You will need a standard zoom lens like the EF 28-135 mm lens, the least expensive standard zoom Canon makes for 35 mm and 1D or 5D DSLR’s
EF 28-135mm f/3.5-5.6 IS USM
Do NOT buy any Canon EF-S lenses, they only work on Canon APS-C sensored cameras and will damage yours
You will also need a good UV filter so if this happens, it only damages the UV filter, not your lens.

The 35 mm film you buy will have more to do with the level of light you are shooting under. 100 ISO for outside in bright sun to shade and 3200 ISO black and white for shooting inside under low lighting.
Just use your light meter to assure properly exposed images
