How do we record video captured on JVC digital video camera?
My mother purchased a JVC GR-D370U digital video camera that records onto mini digital cassettes. She has watched the videos playback via av plugs to the television but is wishing to upload video to her pc. She can connect the usb plug to the pc and capture the still images saved to the memory card, but she is unable to capture or even locate the digital video. I’ve searched on the jvc site and found a dv (digital video) cable. I assume this may be needed to transfer the video. Can someone out there help us out? Thanks a bunch.
.you need a firewire card on your computer for 10 bucks if you dont already have one and you need the cable that will go from your camera to the card and it probably came with some kind of software for capturing..if not then you can use windows movie maker to capture and edit.

Is the Jvc Lt-20da6sk a Good TV Hiding Under Just a Poor Design?
With Christmas heading towards us at a “rapid rate of knots” – so to speak, most of us tend to review how well the TV or DVD Players so as not to miss out on all of the TV Films. The following article is to help some of you who might be interested in buying a JVC LT-20DA6SK make up your mind.

The JVC has 2 (1 RGB) scarts and the type and number of Multimedia interfaces the LT-20DA6SK uses is HDMI and no connections are available. The type of Tuner for this TV is Analogue and Digital and the JVC is available from a wide variety of outlets.
So given this information, what would be our view of the JVC LT-20DA6SK?

How do I save my video from a JVC DIGITAL VIDEO CAMERA to my computer?
I have managed to connect everything properly to transfer the video using Windows Movie Maker and even edit everything. But when I get to the part to save it, It starts the process goes to 2% completed and the minutes left to record just keeps counting. How do I get it to save? Or how do I get it to be able to be sent in an email?
Windows Movie Maker is not the program to save your movie but its a program to manipulate your movie…..Have you installed the software that came with your camera…You should be able to save through that software…Or try connecting your camera through USB cable and your cameras memory should show up as another drive in “My Computer”….Open that and then cut or copy and paste or save it wherever you want it.
