What is the best way to send CD’s over the mail without their plastic cases?
using those bubbly envelopes?
I take a manila folder and cut it down to fit the disc. Then I just wrote the address on the mailer. Worked great. 58 cents of postage (41 + 17 for the square shape and that it does not bend easily).
Any rigid material should be fine.
I also like to use paper sleeves to protect the disc in the mail. They are very inexpensive (about 1 cent each).
