What is the best option? Filter sizes with speed ring or different filters for different purposes?
I read somewhere a party can use a filter size (whatever that means) and just use a ring stage (whatever that is), and do not have to spend money on different filters for different purposes. Is this true? I have a 50mm 1.8 II now and considering buying a Tamron 17-50mm can come months. Will it be a good choice? I'm just a beginner at this.
